General Comments
Facility had a small fire in the equipment room in North East corner of kitchen. Fire was contained in the equipment room, however smoke damage was found in the immediate area and filtered out to the main kitchen and front serving area. The following areas/items will need to be washed and sanitized thoroughly:
1) all exposed dishware, equipment and counter tops throughout,
2) all linens in immediate area,
3) ceilings, walls, and floors throughout,
4) all dishware and linens in cabinets in immediate area,
5) thoroughly wash and sanitize room where fire originated.

Several items, food and single service, were discarded due to smoke damage. See voluntary destruction agreement.

All salt and pepper shakers in cabinet in immediate area need to be emptied, and shakers need to be washed and sanitized.

Facility CANNOT open until hot water is restored and all items listed above are complete. Please call when hot water is restored. A member of the health dept. must verify before opening.
